Payment Terms

All payments for courses in digital media distribution and newsroom communication must be made in full prior to access being granted. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and other secure options as displayed at checkout.

Prices are listed in Australian dollars and include any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. mediawireka reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time, with changes applying only to new purchases.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our course content, refunds are generally not provided once access has been granted. Exceptions may be considered in cases of technical issues preventing access or duplicate purchases, subject to review by our support team.

Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

Cancellation

Subscriptions or course enrolments may be cancelled at any time; however, no prorated refunds will be issued for partial periods. Access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
